Didn't recieve a confirmation e-mail?


Note: Our emails are sent through a secure delivery system, which means the sending address looks a little different from our main domain. This is completely normal — it's not spam.


STEP 1: Our confirmation email comes from [email protected]  — search for this address in your inbox first. Still can't find it?

STEP 2: Follow the steps for your email provider below.


đź“§ Gmail

  1. Search your Spam folder
  2. Search your Promotions tab
  3. Found it? Drag it into your Primary tab — this trains Gmail to deliver future emails there automatically
  4. Still nothing? Add [email protected] to your Google Contacts

đź“§ Outlook (desktop or web)

Outlook can silently block emails from new senders with no notification — this is the most common reason people don't receive their confirmation and it can not be located via search.

  1. Go to Settings → View all Outlook settings
  2. Click Mail → Junk email
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  4. Enter [email protected] → Save

đź“§ Apple Mail (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Check your Junk folder
  2. Add [email protected] as a new contact — Apple Mail automatically trusts emails from your contacts

đź“§ iCloud Mail

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Rules
  2. Create a new rule: If message is from [email protected] → Move to Inbox
